Once a technology related issue has been identified, please use the following procedure:

  • Fill out a Technical Support Work Order Request Form (Found in admin office and at bottom of this page)
  • Return the completed form to the person at your location who enters technology work orders into the online system

The Technology Help Desk is available @ ^5815 to solve minor technical issues or answer general technology questions.

Please use the following procedure when requesting software installations:

The software installation workflow is as follows:

 

  • Once entered into the online system, software requests are routed to the help desk
  • The software request is checked against a database of known software licenses
  • If the School has sufficient licensing for the software, the request is moved to the Technician for completion
  • If the School does not have sufficient licensing, the School may be required to purchase the software
  • Once the software has been purchased, the request is moved to the Technician for completion

 

**Only Board/School purchased fully licensed software will be installed**
