<p>Once a technology related issue has been identified, please use the following procedure:</p>
<ul>
<li>Fill out a Technical Support Work Order Request Form (Found in admin office and at bottom of this page)</li>
<li>Return the completed form to the person at your location who enters technology work orders into the online system</li></ul>

<li>Fill out a Technical Support Work Order Request Form 
<li>Return the completed form to the person at your location who enters technology work orders into the online system</li></ul></div>

<p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><font size=2 face=Calibri></font></span> </p>
<ul style="margin-top:0cm" type=disc>
<li style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><font size=2><font face=Calibri>Once entered into the online system, software requests are routed to the help desk</font></font></span></li>
<li style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><font size=2><font face=Calibri>The software request is checked against a database of known software licenses</font></font></span></li>
<li style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><font size=2><font face=Calibri>If the School has sufficient licensing for the software, the request is moved to the Technician for completion</font></font></span></li>
<li style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><font size=2><font face=Calibri>If the School does not have sufficient licensing, the School may be required to purchase the software</font></font></span></li>
<li style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><font size=2><font face=Calibri>Once the software has been purchased, the request is moved to the Technician for completion</font></font></span></li></ul>
